Dr. Kenneth Jones ● President and CEO

Since 1995, Dr. Jones has participated in numerous marketing efforts in the United States and internationally and participated as a liaison in complex, confidential interactions between principals and clients as a problem solver on multimillion dollar transactions.

Previously, Dr. Jones held several chief and senior medical administrative positions throughout Southern California, including Chief of Staff and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Rancho Lindo Hospital in Rancho Cucamonga, a facility he helped develop; Director of the Children’s Unit and President of Medical Staff at Horizon Hospital in Pomona; Medical Director of the Geriatric Unit at Corona Community Hospital; and Medical Director of Needles Counseling Center.

He also served as Chairman for various committees at the Pomona Valley Community Hospital Medical Center from 1985 to 1988, including Chairman of the Institutional Ethics Committee.

Peter Suter (54) is CEO of his own Project Management Company specialized in consulting financial trading software companies and managing trading software project implementations. In 2008 and 2009 he worked as Trading Systems supervisor for EGL a large European wide Swiss power trading company. Between 1975 and 2006 he worked with ever increasing responsibilities for UBS AG, Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) Banque Commerciale pour L’Europe du Nord (Paris) as an FX trader and Business Manager. He is a specialist in FX trading, business analysis, organisation and business process management. At UBS, Zurich he was a Director and responsible for global cost cutting in dealing and trading systems. He also was evaluating and implementing new cost efficient application in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Peter Suter has international experience made with UBS/SBC in their investment bank units in Paris, Singapore, Tokyo, Bahrain, Lugano and Zurich. 1992 Mr Suter graduated from Swiss Banking School in Zurich.

Hubert L. Pinder ● CFO

Mr. Pinder (74), a resident of The Bahamas, has been an active and international entrepreneur for more than forty years. His experience includes a wide range of professions and businesses including but not limited to purification and production of water products, restaurants, hotels, bed and breakfasts, horse farms, beverage industry, bakery store chains, human behavior and motivational studies.

David Reeve ● Chief Operating Officer

Dave Reeve (53) has worked closely with executive management and legal teams implementing systems in conjunction with internal controls, operations and procedures the past 5 years. He spent some 20 years in management capacities in the petroleum equipment service industry.

Stephen Rietiker ● Director

Stephen Rietiker, M.D., (50) has held positions with Roche, Boehringer Mannheim, Schering Plough and Covance. In 2001, Dr. Rietiker was appointed President and CEO of Sulzer Medica AG (later Centerpulse AG). Since 2003, he has been actively involved as executive director and investor in various start-ups. Dr. Rietiker is a senior advisor for Brown Brothers Harriman’s M&A team.

Matthias Zbaeren ● Director

Matthias Zbaeren (48) has more than 20 years of experience as a trader and director in investment banking, holding various positions with ever-increasing responsibility in trading, sales and project management with UBS AG, EBS (Citicorp Dealing Resources/Quotron) and Credit Suisse. In 1997, he was appointed General Manger for EBS Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Since 2006 he manages sucessfully his own financial service company in Switzerland.
